The condenser is one of the main heat exchange equipment of the vapor compression refrigeration system. Its function is to cool the high temperature and high pressure superheated steam discharged from the compressor and condense it into a saturated liquid at the condensing temperature.
The heat exchange tubes of LNW series high-efficiency horizontal condenser adopt high-efficiency spiral groove tubes, which have high heat exchange efficiency. During operation, the high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam enters the gap between the shell and the tube bundle from the top steam inlet pipe of the shell, exchanges heat with the cooling water on the tube side, condenses into liquid on the outer surface of the tube and is led out from the liquid outlet pipe at the lower part of the shell. The cooling water enters the condenser from the water inlet pipe at the lower part of the water tank. Due to the function of the water distribution ribs on the water tank, the cooling water is divided into several processes in the cylinder and flows in sequence, and finally discharged through the water outlet pipe at the upper part of the water tank.
RHS series heat recovery device is connected between the compressor and the condenser, used to recover the compressor discharge of high temperature and high pressure gas sensible heat equipment.
